On the eye: Delicate, long-lasting bubbles.
On the nose: Fine and complex, dominated by notes of dried fruits and flowers. The harmonious bouquet possesses a rare mineral elegance, with hints of toasted brioche.
On the palate: Firm and well structured with plenty of body and refinement.
To accompany: Rock lobster, scallops or saltwater fish. It also complements chicken and white meat; a rich sauce will be a perfect accompaniment to the vivacity of this remarkable vintage.
Wine Spectator
Vigorous, this exhibits ginger, quince, biscuit and dried berry aromas and flavors. A lean thoroughbred, with bracing acidity, but the flavors are intense and persist through the lingering aftertaste. Still has time to give. Drink now through 2018.

Screw Cap
Wines sealed with a screw cap as opposed to a cork, which experts report protects and preserves wine more effectively than does a cork, while also eliminating the possibility of cork taint.
No Sulfites
All wines naturally contain some sulfites, however wines that contain less than 10 parts per million sulfites are not required to include "Contains Sulfites" on their labels.
